City of Frisco – Establishment of Frisco Square
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone 146.086 acres in order to create a planned development including civic, retail, office, restaurant and residential uses known as Frisco Square. Frisco Square is intended to be a true pedestrian environment with an urban design scale and streetscape amenities that encourage pedestrian movement throughout the development. |
