City of Frisco – Preston Road Overlay District
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to create the Preston Road Overlay District, which establishes development standards for properties within the Preston Road corridor. These development standards include: land uses, site and architectural design, building materials, landscaping, lighting, and signage. The Preston Road Overlay District is intended to visually enhance the development along this regional thoroughfare in Frisco. |
