City of Frisco – Original Town Commercial District
| Summary: The OTC District is established to preserve areas of primarily commercial character within the downtown area. Due to the historic nature of this area, the district seeks to enhance and protect the commercial core of the downtown while providing infill opportunities and limiting “heavier” uses. |
