City of Frisco – Original Town Residential District
| Summary: The OTR District is established to preserve areas of primarily residential character within the downtown area. Due to the historic nature of these areas, the district seeks to enhance and protect the residential core of the downtown while providing infill opportunities and encouraging renovation of existing structures. |
