City of Frisco – Green Building Program
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a mandatory residential Green Building Program for all single family residential buildings final platted after May 23, 2001. The Green Building Program sets minimum standards for energy efficiency (Energy Star Program), conservation of water, indoor air quality and waste recycling as set forth in Exhibit A. |
