City of Frisco – Landscape Requirements
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to establish landscape standards within the City of Frisco. The landscape requirement section of the ordinance establishes minimum standards for all new development and existing developments that are expanding or redeveloping thirty percent or more of that development. One requirement set forth by the minimum standards is that a Landscape Architect must submit a landscape plan, on such development, to Frisco’s Planning and Development Department. |
