City of Frisco – Tree Preservation Requirements
| Summary: The purpose of the tree preservation requirements section is to encourage the preservation of trees and establish regulations for the removal and/or transplanting of Protected Trees within the City of Frisco along with instituting penalties for the violation of this ordinance. This ordinance requires an approved permit to be obtained from the Planning Department before removing and/or transplanting any Protected Tree(s) and mitigation for the removal of Protected Trees. |
