City of Frisco – Design and Development Standards for Retail
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to incorporate the Design and Development Standards for Retail, dated August 14, 2001 (Exhibit A) into Frisco’s Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. These Design and Development Standards encourage traffic reduction, the reconnection of smaller retail areas with their surrounding residential neighborhoods, rear and side parking, along with improved landscaping, street furniture, signage, lighting and internal circulation. |
