City of Frisco – Downtown Architectural Design Standards
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to create Downtown Architectural Design Standards which include, but are not limited to: architectural forms, building materials, color, landscaping and screening requirements for the OTC and OTR districts in order to preserve the early 20th Century Texas architectural style. The Downtown Architectural Design Standards were developed to provide guidance to landowners in redevelopment by preserving the historic look in the Original Town Commercial and Residential zones. |
