City of Frisco – Tollway Overlay District
| Summary: The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt the Tollway Overlay District which establishes design and development standards for properties within the Tollway corridor regarding land uses, building orientation, site amenities, access, site and building architectural design, building materials, landscaping, lighting and signage. The purpose of the Overlay District is to visually enhance the development along this regional thoroughfare in Frisco. |
