City of Denton - Parking Standards
| Summary: City of Denton parking standards include usual off-street spacing requirements for various land uses, however it also provides credit for use of on-street parking and the availability for joint use of parking facilities. Off-street parking standards were lowered to reflect increased mixed-use development and the encouragement of shared parking structures. These requirements, coupled with the setback requirements for many of the zoning districts helps to promote street-oriented development accessible to pedestrians and cars alike. |
