City of Red Oak - Strategic Planning
| Summary: The Red Oak City Council has adopted a Mission Statement, Vision Statements, and Strategies as part of its strategic planning process. The City Council conducts regular public meetings with Red Oak ISD where visioning exercises take palce and public input is sought. Also, the Mayor has created an ad hoc Marketing Committee to screen new development concept plans to ensure that open space consideration, pedestrian and bicycle orientations, and tree preservation requirements are discussed within the framework of a Planned Development. |
